***ATTENTION***: All applicants must be sponsored by a current member of the club who is a "Member in Good Standing". The applicant must know their sponsor for a minimum of 1 year. The application and $30.00 application fee (non-refundable) will be submitted for approval by the membership committee. Once the membership committee approves, the general membership will discuss and vote on your application. If accepted, the treasurer will obtain the annual membership dues, and you will be brought before the general membership to be sworn into our club at the monthly general membership meeting.
The Cosmos Club of Fair Lawn, Inc. offers a scholarship program for children and grandchildren. Please provide the name(s) of your children and grandchildren so they may be added to our projected list of future graduates.
***PLEASE NOTE***": Scholarships are only eligible to members with three or more years served in the club.
If your membership application is accepted, members must remain as a “Member in Good Standing”.
A "Member in Good Standing" must be able to commit to the following:
• Attend a minimum of 4 meetings per year (7:30 pm on every fourth Tuesday of each month) ​
• Attend more than 2 club sponsored events
• Join a committee or help out with events (set-up/ breakdown)
• Keep up to date with dues and any other financial requirements
As noted at the beginning of this application there is a fee for submitting this application along with annual membership dues.
***NOTE***: Any application submitted without payment will be automatically disqualified.
